My suggestions, in no particular order:
> East side at Gouverneur, when the sea is calm
> North side at Columbier
> The reef at Lorient
> Both sides at Shell Beach (good choice when it's windy elsewhere)
> North end of Grand Cul de Sac, beyond Guanihani (beware the current)
