Jimmy Buffett at BAZ New Year's Eve

Jimmy Buffett showed up at BAZ after midnight New Year's Eve and was in great spirits. The crowd was getting very close, but he did not seem to mind . It seemed like he played with the band already at BAZ for about an hour and enjoyed it as much as we did. One of the last photos is Jimmy with Jean-Marc, the owner of BAZ.

Jean-Marc gave Jimmy a copy of my photo book, St. Barth XL, and Jimmy came over to thank me. I promised him he was not in the book.

Here are a few links to videos that I also did that night which are on YouTube.

BTW just received 2 copies of the book one from you and the other from Amazon. Amazing. Thanks for doing this.

These were not taken with a zoom lens, but they do look very close on this site. I still have to learn how to properly upload images that are not too large. These were reduced, but not enough.
Thanks to all that viewed them.

Eddy, thanks for the photos. I'm unlikely to ever be at BAZ on NYE, but appreciate seeing it from your perspective.

Us too. And I always buy the CD, an old habit that goes back to my days of listening to live music in my college days. If I were in BAZ Bar on New Year's Eve then I probably would have left with one of Nadine Lafond's CD's, but my guess is that JB wasn't offering his for sale...
