Not allowed on SBH. Doesn't go well with coffee and Vanilla rhum.

I started Nov 1st so it would be easy to keep track of where I was. The jump from 45 seconds to a minute was tough. When it goes up to 1.5 mins, it may kill me. And that's barely scratching the surface.

A dumb question -- is this supposed to be done once a day? More than once?

I discussed this program with my PT. If it's not done properly, sore backs will be the result. One rule - elbows under shoulders. Another rule - don't stop breathing.

It can be tough on the back if not done correctly. And elevate BP.

Never has 20 seconds caused me so much angst. I thought about it all day and finally did it at 4 30pm. This morning I just got it over with. And Fred, that was funny.

At 1.5 you've earned it. 20 seconds? Not so much.
