Not to be a party pooper but check that plate surround for compliance; in some states if they are too large and cover the name of the state or other things you can be ticketed

Well,, since the plate came from the Select gift shop, I don't think the size will really be the issue if I am stopped.....

I stand a better chance of out running them than pulling over and not getting a ticket.
