Autour du Roche

Now that I'm living on Lorient for two weeks each year, I have been back to Autour a few times. Last time, I brought home a piece of a broken tile as a souvenir. I guess there won't be a next time.

I have a chunk of tile, some photos, and a whole lot of fading memories.

It's not like I have a choice, but I'm OK with whatever happens there. JB learned some lessons and moved on. I can do the same.

France has a list of historic monuments and seven buildings in St Barth are on it, mostly those that date from the Swedish era, but there has been a lot of discussion lately as two other very old houses in Gustavia are slated for demolition...

Letterman is definitely the owner...has been for 10 years...know this because he "closed" on the property the same day we "closed" on our villa.
