I can't tell you if this is still open post Irma, but you can rent windsurfers on St Jean beach.

Hi Tim, I am planning to be in St Barth in February for the first time. I am going to chose where I will stay as I function of the best most convenient windsurfing I can get. Any suggestion?

Welcome to the Forum and to St Barth! To my knowledge, the ONLY windsurfing is found in Grand Cul du Sac and St. Jean. Others may chime in with contact information.

The windsurfing shack is next to the private villa rental units, beachfront at Le Barthelemy. Few weeks ago there are several partaking in the sport with good winds.
