Since there has been not much activity here, I thought you may like to see afew photos our daughter took last saturday on her climb (especially for Miker).

I have done a half dozen 14ers..including that one.....it is something to be very proud of as they are the highest peaks in the lower 48 and far from easy to do...

its the reason why we cringe when somebody calls the walk to Colombier a hike....LOL

:up: :up: :up: Cool! I only attempted Elbert once (training for Kili), but had to turn back because a freak blizzard blew in and it became very nasty, very fast (in early July). Still on the list!

Are you trying to say I don't need to acclimate myself for the higher trail to Colombier?

I thought the vanilla rum was all about getting acclimated..
