Blood, Bones and Butter

I am looking forward to reading this. Prune intrigued me. Gabrielle Hamilton has appeared in Anthony Bordain's writing-this should be interesting.
 
I had one of the worst evenings of my life in Prune, damn near walked out...(was SIL's bday, so I was trapped) and have used it as an example of pretentious,overreaching self indulgent chefs ever since.

Ever get the feeling that some chefs just put a list of ingredients on the wall and throw darts?
