Big villa in bed and breakfast in St maarteen

What do you think about renting a villa in Bed and Breakfast in Pelican key ! Beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms, swimming pool big parking lot and you are in front of the ocean ! It's a french couple got that seems really really nice people.
they are offering breakfast evry morning !!!
Need some advise !
