If you get the Cooking Channel this is well worth watching...this guy goes all around coastal New England going out with fishermen (including with very good friends of mine in P Town ) to show how a particular fish is caught...then he takes it to a local restaurant to show how it is cooked..really well done show...pushes the whole catch and eat local fish thing

Was it on tonight? This sounds great. We haven't kept a fish we've caught for the last month. They would nourish a Shriner's Convention. Enormous. We will look forward to this.
