Fig Burrata From The Farmer's Market

So, One of the sides for tonight's dinner at home was a Fig Burrata from the local Farmer's Market. Incredible. This morning it was raw ingredients. This afternoon it was a Fig Burrata at the Market. Tonight it was on my plate. I took one slice off of the side, tasted it, and I melted. I immediately moved it to a fresh plate and declared it to be dessert.

No pictures. I ate it. But I hear that there's another one tucked away...

yeah I get em at the PTown Farmers Market too...Fig/Almond.....quite good....you'll have to get some when you re there in two weeks

We have a new store near where Phyllis works that makes the mozzarella ball as you order it- you can get anything you want inside it. The owner is Ecuadorian- go figure.

Phyl and I took a cooking lesson from him when he was chef at El Vez. I have a chimichhuri recipe for 100 people. LOL
