but thats tomorrow night...tonight I am frying a panko encrusted chicken breast...finishing it in the oven with gruyere and a honey/dijon mustard sauce.....I got some beautiful fresh baby carrots, corn, and zucchini from the farmers market, so I am going to blanch the carrots and finish them in the oven with a chipotle maple glaze, steamed corn on the cob...and make zucchini frittes
