too much seafood.....

I need to cook off all this stuff..the girls will be here in about 2 hours...

so this is what I am doing

The lobsters will become lobster salad with avocado
The clams will become Clams Casino
The swordfish and scallops will get marinated in a soy/rice vinegar/honey mixture and become grilled kabobs with peppers and mushrooms
The Oysters are raw on the halfshell...

done...

now I gotta get to work..and drink more
 
Ok, we get it. You live near and off the sea. Anyone from Iowa with some pork posts?
 
we're having an oyster festival in the french quarter this weekend. probably the last one of those for a long time. sad!
