I thought Cristine was no longer with Pascal- I wonder if the prices will be as high as St. Barts. So many Italian restaurants in NYC to choose from- Mario Batali's BABO excellent one.

certainly not going to get away with throwing some marinara sauce over some linguine and getting 30 bucks for it in NYC...
 
I haven't been at Batali's Italian places in NYC, but I did try his tapas place called Casa Mono after Kara wrote an amazing review of dining there. The tapas and wine were great and it's a small, intimate setting. Getting a weekend table takes a month, but mid-week dining shouldn't be a problem.
