I started mushrooming with my father when I was 10 and watched the woods disappear as houses were built on them. There are woods around the corner from me where I have been collecting and eating the mushrooms for years but that is going away as homes will be there soon. Damn.

A little garlic, oil and breadcrumbs/locatelli, herbs- in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes and done.
 
Wendi learned how to pick mushrooms living in Toulouse...unfortunately she rarely has the time to get out there and get them..and we have plenty

Mike- there is always time. We love wild mushrooms- the taste is so different than farmed and we live near the biggest mushroom farms in the US- Kennett Square.
