Word from the SB tourist office is that the Blues Festival planned for November has been cancelled... but there are lots of activities planned for the weekend of The Select's 60th anniversary, November 6-8, incluing the Jimmy Buffett concert on the dock, a steel band from St Martin, a new documentary abut Marius, and the opening of his new "museum" in Gustavia. Plus The Tremendous Johnsons band from the US at The Select...

I can' place Rue Père Dugon. Is that one of the streets that was renamed?

Great to see you on the Forum, Ellen. Many fans here of your monthly articles about St. Barth---witty, pithy and engaging. See you in Feb---at Les Artisans perhaps.

For those who aren't familiar with the Tremendous Johnsons Blues Band, here's a link to a prior SBH appearance: Tremendous Johnsons on VIMEO

For those who aren't familiar with the Gunslingers Steel Band from St Maarten/St Martin, here's a link to their Myspace page: Gunslingers

I'm not familiar with Math's Connection.

Perhaps Lloyd can provide a good link to a video of Chorale du bon Coeur.
