Mes amis,4T is considering renting this villa, but I can't find any info on it. Does anybody have info to share with 4T?

We looked at this villa years ago but the agent was never able to connect with the owner.It is located on the hill just above the plant nursery in L'Orient with a view out over L'Orient Beach. The broad view is better than the one directly below which included some local character.You reach it in a round about manner with access coming to it from The first Petit Saline Road near/across from the Jo Jo warehouse, ( the one to Islets Fleuries and the goat farm.) The furniture, etc. was dated when we looked but appears to have been upgraded somewhat.
