AAA TripTiks

Senior Insider
If any one here is a member of AAA and remembers the paper TripTiks we used to get for our trips- log onto www.aaamaps.com and browse around for an internet version of those maps. It's really neat and interactive and it will tell you about current construction delays and AAA approved lodging and restaurants.

I looked at the online Triptiks on the AAA website when I was recently researching a trip up north. They bring back memories, but I decided to fly. They were handy in putting the proposed driving trip into perspective.

You wanna feel like a dinosaur?

Tell your kids that we're going to have big fun by playing Licence Plate Bingo on our car trip this summer.

Speak up though - their IPODs and personal DVD players are pretty loud through those earphones.
