Hotel in San Juan

My wife and I have to stay overnight in San Juan on our way to SBH. We are looking for an economical, decently maintained hotel as near as possible to the airport. Any suggestions?

We have stayed at the Intercontinental San Juan Resort & Casino in the past & have enjoyed it. We used it for the same purpose, as a one night layover, and found it to be very convenient & comfortable. It's very close to the airport & had a nice place for breakfast in the morning. The pool & beach are also nice if your departure is not until the early afternoon the next day.

There is actually a hotel in the airport in San Juan that we have stayed at several times. It is inexpensive and clean. Not much more than that, but it works well for a quick layover on your way to other islands.

Any hotel on Isla Verde is only 10 mins from airport. There are a range of prices, types available.
