Coming home! Villa Royal Palm

Hello all,

I joined this forum in 2008ish and haven't posted since 2013. It was nice to jump back on today and see many of the same "smiling faces"! I finally getting back to the island next month and trying to finalize accommodations. Does anyone have an experience at Villa Royal Palm in Vitet? It looks stunning in pictures, but not sure if there are any hidden issues (wind, bugs, neighbors, construction, etc). Any feedback is appreciated. Looking forward to returning "home"

Welcome back! Lots of wind in Vitet this past week!

For many years we rented villa Everest, until it was turned into a yearly rental, which is above Royal Palm. It was very rural and not packed with villas on top[ of each other. When we were last year however there were a few new villas going up on the road to Royal Palm. Vitet is my favorite area of the island

The winds were lovely and being outside has been delightful in Vitet

We stayed there for a few visits, always in November, pre Irma. great views, comfortable. It fit our needs.
