It looks good, but I'm sorry that they no longer offer the sushi menu that they used to have.

It's unclear if they may still offer the sushi menu in the evening. It's also unclear just what their hours are.

Sayolita is on Route de Saline, the road that runs from Le Piment, up over the hill and down to Saline. Going from Le Piment, it’s on the right, in the block of stores 50+ yards uphill from Le Glacier. Some remember the Sayolita location as the former Le Coffee Shop, but that was many years ago.
