Greetings St. Barth friends. Cheryl & I dined at Hunters the Restaurant in E. Norwich LI last night. I love to be surprised by food. The presentation and ambiance was amazing. It helps that I have known Hunter since he was 7 years old. Lamb sausage, couscous & homemade yogurt for appetizers. Cheryl had tuna tartar for dinner and I had the most amazing Scottish salmon withRatatouille, Persillade. The combination was amazing on my palate. When dining with chefs brilliance like Zion, the night is always wonderful. For Cass we enjoyed a bottle of Kistler Chardonnay. One of my favorite California wines. Plus we are celebrating our birthdays so they brought us baked Alaska that was not even on the menu. It was amazing! If you are ever in LI like Phil & Amy I highly recommend our new favorite restaurant.
