THE CARIBBEAN BEACH PARTY WILL IGNITE THE PUBLIC
After setting the streets of Gustavia on fire during the carnival, The Youngz association is back in action alongside Saint-Barth Musik, to organize the 2022 edition of the Caribbean Beach Party. From Saturday August 13 to Sunday August 14, the inhabitants of the island are invited to take part in these two days of free festivities. Food stand and refreshment bar are planned, as is the programming of many artists.
To start, five artists will follow one another on stage on Saturday evening, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m., such as the star from Saint-Kitts Akaiiusweet, or the specialist trio of bouyon Tolly Boyz, accompanied by Ti Al. On Sunday, the dancers will be able to wiggle in the sand from 11 a.m. until midnight, to the sounds of well-known DJs from the event such as DJ Wiwi and DJ Lil'R, but also artists such as the Dominican Reo, author of the title "Sa ka bay " and Edday, who collaborated on the title "Si manman'w té sav".
The Youngz association asks “all people parked along the public beach car park to move their vehicle before Thursday August 11 so that the infrastructure installations take place in the best conditions”. They also want to remind you that "for all the boats stored on the public beach, it would be preferable to remove them during the 2 days of the event".
The Collectivity informs users that territorial road No. 32, which provides access to the beach, "will be temporarily closed to traffic and vehicle parking from Saturday August 13 at 1 p.m., until Sunday August 14 at midnight" . It will be possible to park at the commercial port.
