Long time fans of SBC, and always interested to see, year to year, their evolution - most recently, the "upgrade" to the online booking system (I say with a wink).
Went to book for 2023. Had a voucher from last year because we had to come home a little earlier, and the travel day fell on a day that SBC did not have the 10 am option to make our connection, so we switched to Winair for the one leg.
Using a voucher, when booking on SBC, is pretty straight forward, but, with it being a one way voucher, the system was not as happy with that. Danae facilitated, and sent us a new payment page where we manually entered the balance we planned to pay.
More amusing was that there is now a drop down menu for selecting your connecting flight. Here's that glitch. Not all flights are on the drop down menu, and one cannot book on line without selecting a flight. Given that the SBC crew has been meeting folks upon arrival, it seemed pretty important to have accurate connecting flight info. The solution? Pick a flight, any flight. Book. Then send a follow up note with the correct connecting info. Thank you, Danae, for all your help.
