Restos open in August?

Hi forum people! I haven't visited here quite some time because our last couple trips had to be cancelled. That said, my sister has been invited to SBH this August and she is asking for my advice on restaurants. It seems to me that many of the good restaurants are closed during summer months. Is there a comprehensive list of restaurants including closure dates? If not, what do you experts recommend? With her group it sounds like price is not a concern.

To start I know Bananiers and L’Esprit will be reopened in August. You just have to watch this forum and when here read Le News for closings and reopenings.
