Recommendations for 1-bedroom villas under $4000/wk (summer season)?

Hi all,

Long time lurker, first time poster. After staying at several villas over the years, most recently Bonbonniere, we're on the lookout for something new within our budget.

The three most important features would be (no surprise):
1) Privacy
2) Facing windward/steady breeze to help with mosquitoes
3) And, to whatever extent possible, avoidance of construction.

We're planning to visit next month so we realize, many of the choice places are already booked at this point.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Here are a couple of Flamands favorites that have mid to late July availability. They are right around $4k for a one bedroom and include a car. You can rent Lumiere direct from owner on here and avoid the admin fee.

Check out Villa Alphane in Mt. Jean. It checks all of your boxes. My wife and i have stayed there and very much enjoyed it.
