Cheryl & I just watched from 17.00 in. Yum! Last year we ate at La Repare…(spelling please) and enjoyed wonderful profiteroles. Will enjoy in June as well.

I'm a broken record when it comes to Le Repaire. "Always check the Specials Board". We recently found some outstanding Mediterranean Langouste there (best this side of Rome according to she who has had them in Rome), and a Hashis Parmentier, a Shepherds Pie made with Duck Confit.

We haven't tried the Profiteroles there. For us, it is the Café Liégoise or the Coupe Antillaise. Or, if someone else is driving, I might try another Coupe Colonel.
