The way I read it, entry into town on the road (one-way) will continue, but the upper road must be used to leave town.

That's normally how we exit town.

St. Barth Properties has notified us of this for getting to Vitet in June. I think this is that same one-way road situation?

I think they were referring to the Camaruche hill construction coming out of Lorient heading towards Vitet.
