Villa Kuban AirBNB

I have a confirmed booking (through AirBNB) at Villa Kuban for the beginning of April. Is anyone familiar with this Villa?

I sent a few messages to the owner (through AirBNB) when I initially booked in December/January; they were slow but responsive. Since then, I have followed up with a couple of additional questions over the last several weeks (the initial message was sent February 17) but haven't gotten any response. Should I be concerned? At this point, I really just want a response to re-assure me that I'm not going to show up on the island and not have a place to stay.

I have rented on the island through airbnb five or six times and the owners have always been responsive. I would reach out to customer support for guidance.

We almost rented Villa Kuban for Thanksgiving 2020, but ended up renting Villa Roc e Mar through VRBO. The villa and owner were outstanding.

I’ve never used AirBnB, but is there a main governing contact for the website you can contact, that you could reach out to for assistance? I do know this villa is listed with a few of the St Barth villa rental agencies as well. Good luck and hope you get a response you deserve.
