Xanadu (St Jean) & Eden House (Marigot)

Have any of the SBH family stayed at either of these before ?

Xanadu is very nice. The only drawback was the noise from Nikki Beach on Sundays and not being able to walk down to the beach. The owner was talking about making a path down to St Jean but not sure if that even happened.
