Is travel permitted to and from Saline, Lorient, Colombier, St. Jean, etc? In other words, everywhere other than Gustavia?

Well,that won’t work these days as it is still under construction.

Think Sereno, Gran de Sel, Barthelemy or Guanahani to avoid travel blockages
