Villa Aloes ???

Wondering if anyone has stayed at this 1 bedroom villa with pool in Lurin recently or within last couple of years who can comment on any pros or cons ? and exactly where is it located in Lurin somewhere I think before the lobster seller on the left before getting to Santa Fe ? Was repped by My Happy Villa which is now Corcoran.

Looking for 1 or 2 bedroom with pool with steps into, no ladder, and villa all on one level. Lurin preferred with view.

Sorry that I don't have much to offer than my best guess on where I think the villa is on Google Maps.

Based upon the images of the villa online (this is based upon the size of the villa, position of the pool, color of the roof, and position of the building in relation to each other), I think the villa is the one below. I may be wrong, as I spent less than 5 minutes looking for it on Google Earth.

I have only been to the island 3 times, so I can't offer anymore information. Sorry.
