if it’s the one I’m thinking of, it seems like years. It started with a season of their blasting the existing rock wall.

I have not seen it in daylight recently. Needs a disclaimer proclaiming something like no people or wildlife was injured in building this fortress in Flamands.

Our home is close to here, and this "villa" is a giant eyesore. And, the construction is endless. Big surprise: Hedge fund guy out of NYC.

I remember the "rat-tat-tat" all day long back pre-covid (going on 3 years!). Probably still be working on it when we're there in May.

Just drove by after leaving the beach. The development sign says "5 chambers". I'm in real estate and judging from what I can see from the road, I"m gonna take an uneducated guess - 6,000 to 7,000 square feet on 3 levels. A true beast for anywhere, but especially SBH!

I know of one neighbor who considered buying that property to protect their privacy, can't be happy with that monster looming overhead.
