…then what’s the best lunch?
About the ER: lunch was fabulous. I’m avoiding “the best” because it’s all so good. Heck, I can’t even name my favorite restaurant on the island. But ER lunch with 4 friends was excellent, exceptional service and delicious food with a view of St. Jean beach. Tough to beat IMHO.
My lobster salad and Randy’s mahi burger. The table also enjoyed some yummy apps in the form of crispy salmon and spicy scallops. No room for dessert.
So about that “best” lunch. There’s a new chef in town and he’s awesome. Very handsome too, I might add.
