My wife and I have been turning to the community here for insights for quite some time and thought it silly not to finally join the conversation.
We've been coming to the island for the past 5 years and we're lucky enough to stay December-may this year. We'd like to do an extended stay again (Jan-Mar) but are finding the either prices are completely out of whack with historicals or there is little availability in a decent 2BR. So, we were wondering if anyone could recommend a Homeowner or POC on island?
We are coming out 11/3-11/7 to do some tire kicking on a few spots and would be happy to meet any folks you'd recommend. Now we are familiar with all the usual channels (agencies, VRBO, ABNB, etc). So was hoping to see if I can turn over a rock and fine a diamond somewhere
. We have a place on island until 1/8/22 and dates are generally flexible. Thanks in advance to everyone for any insights!
