For 30 years we have sat in the chairs rented out by Jean Michel, and now his son, Lucas, at Carib Watersports. A week ago, someone slashed the bottom of their inflatable boat, totally destroying it, and it sunk to the bottom of St Jean Bay. Lucas and Jean Mi have used that boat many times to help people out in the bay, and they have helped out the restaurants to ferry people into shore for lunch. And now Lucas, at the beginning of the season, has to shell out 10,000€ for a new one. So it you want the best seat in the house, please rent chairs and umbrellas from them. So convenient to Pearl Beach and Lil Rock. And they are so nice.
 
That terrible news and just unthinkable. We have rented chairs and umbrella from them for years. Our favorite go to place.

Lucas is beside himself since JM is in France en vacance. He said it’s someone with too much time and too little brains. We do see a bit of boat animosity down there. The only boat here is Lil rock’s. And they get mad if Lucas uses is to get people to Pearl Beach since their boat isn’t in yet.
So unlike the old days when it was all for one and one for all, Lil rock won’t let him touch it, so he brings out kayaks for people going to Pearl. But that really shouldn’t be his problem. It should be Pearl’s. But he is most upset because he can’t go out and help anyone in trouble in the bay.
