The lounge is even more welcoming and comfortable than ever.

Now, for Jet Blue arrivals, a heads up. The walk to TW from JB is not a short trip…at least five minutes. Renovations at the airport created this longer trek.

If you need a wheel chair, be sure to reserve with TW and they will meet you at Jet Blue and get you right to the lounge!

That is what Tradewind advised just yesterday. Let them know ahead of time.

Not an apology at all. I respond and refer to reported travel incidents, good and bad.

I have never been on a cruise, for example. Yet I truly believe it was sad when the Titanic went down.
