Will watch for their newest menu. Same chef?

. . . still haven’t been to Gypsea. I have wanted to like the place (host Pascal is a long time friend), but walking by on the beach to look at it, the scene looks — with its “cheek-by-jowl,” blue-&-white umbrella covered tables —a lot like the deck of a party cruise ship. And, at times, as crowded. Can anyone tell me that there’ll be good food & social distancing?
 
bookings at 18 year highs and social distancing, given a fixed physical space, would seem to be competing realities, no ?
Oui, oui! And, Pascal — though I love the guy as a friend — has an economic incentive to maximize business (which I trust is health-oriented, as well).
