Cottages on the way to Colombier

We have driven by these little cottages on the right hand side of the road to the parking area many times….what is the name of these courage’s and anyone familiar with staying there?

On the way to Colombier one would find Auberge de la Petite Anse Our resident expert on staying there has left the building, but he reported clean accomodations with a sparkling view.

Yes, and they do a brisk business... We are having some work done on our villa next February and can't be in the villa for a week or so, so I thought maybe we could stay there... they were booked solid until May of next year!

Did you look at Le Petite Mourne? Spelling might be wrong but over the years when in a pinch we stayed there a few times and found it to be fine. Little kitchenette and very friendly manager.

think mouettes in lorient..right on the beach...eve stays there sometimes and they remodeled the sunset hotel in gustavia, the rooms are beautiful and its not an arm and a leg price.

We couldn’t get into Les Mouettes at all in May, and Les Ilets was full. Could only get 4 days at Les Mouettes in October.

We recall Odile telling us that the Gumbs rent out little ‘houses’ in that area?

Thank you all for the recommendations - - we ended up doing an airbnb just down the road from our villa - - we will think of it as a little staycation!
