THE WRONG FAMILY by Tarryn Fisher

This is a creepy thriller with many twists and a few overlapping plots. Is there a dysfunctional family you ask? For sure, and more than one. Topics include a Kidnapping, mental illness, a homeless woman living in a crawl space, and a search for a lost heritage. Very well done. Her last book, THE WIVES, also excellent.

Creepy stories are not for us. There are enough you read and hear about in real life.

OK.

AND NOW, skipping right along, for those who enjoy reading psycho thrillers...try this one. What can happen when a homeless person, once a therapist herself, occupies your home when you are at work or traveling and gets ovely involved in a family's affairs.

I agree with your assessment, Amy---a well-done and creatively crafted tale. Psychological suspense at its best. The outcome is unpredictable so the twists and turns keep the reader engaged.

I do not love this genre, but damn, Fisher does it so well.I look forward to her next thriller.
