How do I use my WinAir travel voucher? I have tried emailing them and they don't respond. I tried calling and am put on hold for several minutes.

I booked their top tier ticket as a back up in case i didn't make my connection, i tried cancelling it so i could get the future credit minus the $30 fee, and none of that happened, they just gave me half of my money back and went dark. Amateur hour.
