Just saw him Thursday night in Charlotte. Great show wth some St Barts backdrops on a couple songs. Great way to get ready for our trip next week.
Right there with you. Got home last night and noticed the "List" had been started. It's one list I don't mind working on though.
Well you're two days ahead of us arriving and 5 years ahead of us on the anniversary. Congrats on the 30 years! Look forward to finding/meeting you soon.
From a fellow lurker.
Now that would be an interesting story....
I typically see Earnest while I'm getting the coffee started. It's great he shows up so early, you don't have to worry about a "compromising position"...
We'll be there April 28th through May 8th. Staying at Villa Sud Quest.
Gave my youngest daughter a Buffett ticket for the show in Charlotte, NC for Valentine's day. April is starting to shape up to be a good month. Nephew's wedding on the 16th, Buffett show on the 21st,...
We have stayed at Sud Quest a couple times (and will be back there in April). Seems a bit small for a family of 4. Have you looked at Villa Belle Vue?
I just got off the phone with Aimee, ordering my wife a bracelet for our upcoming anniversary. Aimee couldn't have been more pleasant.
This forum is a wealth of information. Much thanks to all...
Hoya, congrats on your selection into Nationals. Quite an accomplishment. As far as swimming goes, a lap of Saline works, couple laps at Gouvernour or a lap at Flammands. All great swims and no black...
Just booked Sud Quest for April 2011. Seems a long way off at the moment.
I run into the same problem out of Wilmington. I think we used to could get tickets for 30K miles, now it's 30K miles per leg!
Roads bigger or just less traveled back then?
Have to agree with Ben. We went almost 10 years without a real vacation as we learned how to raise our first daughter. We were fortunate enough to be invited to St Barts with my wife's sister and her...
ILM is the airport code here in Wilmington.
When's your trip? We are staying in Villa Bennett April 16th - 24th. I'll be happy to give you a full report when we return.
Better yet, what's wrong with this picture?

Wow!
I swear the excitment builds for the next trip about the time I'm unpacking from the last trip.
10 weeks from tomorrow for us!
I can't say how the renovations are going at this point. We actually booked Camruche a couple years ago and there was so much construction going on around the villa that we requested to be moved...
Joanie and I stayed in Sud Quest last May and it was one of our favorites. The pool area with small kitchenette, view and privacy were perfect. I walked to the bakery every morning (the start of the...
We've used FCI several times and been very happy with the service. As already mentioned FCI does not have anyone on island but in your rental contract they provide the name and phone number of the...
Prior to November, when we took our two daughters to St Barts for their first time, I think both were just as happy at home and probably didn't miss us as much as we'd like. They had Grandmom staying...
One year lease to a villa! With that in hand I'd be more than happy to buy the plane tickets and "The Dress" for my wife once we arrive.
I wonder if the kids would miss us?
This altercations seem to escalate every year. You just wish there was a less reckless way to stop the "research".
We arrive April 16th and are staying through the 24th. As always, we can't wait. Staying above St Jean this trip, Villa Bennett.
How about yourself?
May is our preferred time of year. Of course our patience wore down so we booked for April in 2010. Too early to start counting the days?
The loop around Pointe Milou doesn't have much traffic and the terrain isn't brutal; you just have to do multiple laps if you're trying to get nay distance. Some great views on both sides of the loop...
If he ever gets a 400 pounder the article will already have been written; it's titled Old Man and the Sea.
Wilmington, NC for us.
Took the family there in 2007 and loved it. Great beaches, some history, hiking, snorkleing. All for pennies on the dollar? You can't go wrong.
Just remember to drive on the left.
My wife and I always plan on mid May and have loved it. Not crowded anywhere, parking is realatively easy and everything is still open. It's a great way to kick of the summer season for us.
We just...
Sadly my wife would handle this better than me. Spiders definitley give me the creeps - give me reptiles, sea creatures, whatever - just not spiders.
If Thing 1 or Thing 2 (aka the daughters) see...
Probably would have ended up even cheaper for Paul. Let's face it, he would not have been able to keep up (no pun intended) with Kristen for 5 years.
Thanks for the update Tim. I'm not sure I want to have to dodge havy equipment after climbing the hill; quite sure the HR would be way above your 145.
I guess it's early morning or none, and that...
