    Re: San Juan Airport

As I recall in our two trips using Tradewind, the first return, the agents led us to customs and then we were on our own. This past year, they led us to customs and were then at the other side to...

The VIP service is built-in to the return ticket. They guide you to customs and then to the ticket counter for the flight back.

We've always used SiBarth. They have been a great intermediary between the owners and ourselves. Also been great setting up our initial reservations. In the early visits, they were very hands-on and...

Quick turnaround for us and no interview either. Cards arrived a week or so later, although they are only needed for physical border crossings.

    Re: SJU departure hall

It's at the entrance to terminal B, where United and Southwest gate. There was also a wine bar/restaurant across and down a bit that would probably have been better.

End of May, we ate at the Air Margaritaville restaurant before heading home. Although, after all the wonderful restaurants the previous two weeks, we kind of wished they had been closed.

Worried my wife will have to re-interview as she has recently changed jobs. I suspect mine went through so quickly because nothing changed. Just passing this on to those who may have to renew.
