    Having stayed at Esmeralda many times I can confirm that they do not do airport transfers. They will arrange a taxi for you. Check the fee before getting in. It should not be more than $35-40 USD

    While I am a huge dog lover, please ask the surrounding people if they have allergies. I can't sit near anyone with certain breeds of dogs or most cats. Even in 1st class. Just an idea.
