Re: Island housing crisis from Le Journal

So correct on all accounts Ellen and exactly what has happened on Nantucket as well. Be prepared for a crazy busy season with loads of traffic and shortage of staff to handle the masses from what I...
  2. Re: Wedding for 350 at Eden Rock. Not open to Public until 11/1

So true JEK. Even without the entertainment cost 1 million would be a jumping off point for 350 people for an upscale destination wedding.

    Re: Preview of coming attractions

When driving by around noon today nothing outside appeared to be different. In fact, it didn't seem open as the chairs were all stacked up on the patio. I thought it would be jammed on opening day...

Re: Seats on a charter 10/16

    Eve,

Are you coming down on the Jet Blue flight that leaves BOS at 8:00? We are considering that flight and will know more in the next day or so. I wanted to try the JB mint service but am...

Re: Canx SB holidays for Feb 2022 :)

Count me in on that meet up Dennis. I think Vitet would make a great gathering spot. I have never met Davesmom but she would certainly be a welcome addition to a potential gathering.

Re: Possible Easing of SBH COVID Restrictions

Probably right Cass but after keeping a home on the island for 6-8 months a year I would prefer to use it and not have my life altered by folks not seemingly taking proper care with covid safety...

Re: Possible Easing of SBH COVID Restrictions

I remember when we were freaking about about 6 cases on the island at the end of the lock down. Hard to believe that 67 one week and 79 another week are reasons to relax restrictive measures. ...

They carry Pat La Frieda burgers at a very reasonable price (around 4 euros per). Great group of people there.

Re: Cottages on the way to Colombier

Did you look at Le Petite Mourne? Spelling might be wrong but over the years when in a pinch we stayed there a few times and found it to be fine. Little kitchenette and very friendly manager.

    Re: SBHOnline Trans-Atlantic Race Contest
