    I also miss the early evening Normandie gatherings for wine and cheese where you and Wendy warmly welcomed a merry band of brothers and sisters comprised of island locals and visitors.

    Stephan Mazieres chef extraordinaire at La Gaiac restaurant at LeToiny Hotel. He won CARIBBEAN chef of the year for Relais and Chateau. And thinking of La Gaiac, add the truffle and pasta prepared...
