An amuse bouche of avocado guacamole on GF bread with a bit of tomato.

Followed by a starter of Vitello Tonatto

. . . and Saffron Risotto

As a small digestif, compliments of the Food & Beverage Manager . . . a “Sgroppino“ — lemon sorbet with Perrier-Jouët champagne & Grey Goose vodka. Yummy!

Thanks, Amy . . . and because I walk there, I feel that the exercise balances out the calories!

In walking from the airport toward Gran Cul de Sac, sidewalks can be found — continuously — almost to the Marigot Bay beach . . . beyond that, there’s a very short stretch to the East, nearby to the Rosewood Guanahani Hotel. This development is quite nice.

Dennis, I'm thinking the sidewalk ended around the turnoff to Pointe Milou last season??? So now extended where red line shown ???
