TR561 you did well to get the 50%. When buying the tickets, I went for the most expensive ones because they were changeable/cancellable with only a $30 penalty and I knew this trip was risky. Because of the island closure I changed them online to a future date. The website told me I was all set, but it turns out they didn't actually change the flights so on the day of the original trip's departure I got an email saying your flight leaves in 30 minutes, welcome aboard. So the cost of that ticket was gone. Then I tried to cancel the return and they say they will only give me the $50 of tax back, not the actual airfare. Thanks Winair! Great to do business with you.
