We enjoyed the dining at PS, the menu changed nightly so it did not get boring. Lunch is not part of the dining options, so that is a good opportunity to try the other restaurants. We enjoyed the Rock House for lunch, but on a beautiful sunny day you can't beat the Blue Bar for the view and the food is very good as well. We found ourselves so relaxed that it was a pleasure to walk down to the dining room at any time and have dinner (between 7 & 10 pm). As far as the trip down, Nassau is
2 hrs 40 min from New York, SXM is almost 4, you can also fly to Ft. Lauderdale or Miami and take a flight directly to N. Eleuthra and a cab to the dock and then the water taxi over to Harbour Island.Probably less than 15 minutes total travel time from N. Eleuthra. Really not difficult.
