The villa might be perfect for your situation. Both bedrooms are under 1 roof and the bedrooms and main living area have a/c. It is a little small--but most of the living is done outdoors. Under the Pergola at night was fantastic and it has a view that is incredible--especially when you walk up the steps to the sitting area that overlooks Gustavia.
